We are Eric and Lori White from Tuscaloosa, and we absolutely have the guts to take on a fixer upper!
Our fixer upper is the Daniel Black Sr. Home in Coaling, AL. Daniel Black built this house in 1853 and it has become a home for generations of his family over the decades. Our friends, Fleet and Beth Simmons, renovated this home 25 years ago when they married. Lori enjoyed countless days and hours in this house with the Simmons’ – celebrating marriage, babies and life events. Beth and Fleet moved up the hill several years ago and now their house needs some new love!
We are thrilled to get the chance to restore this home and continue its history of celebrating family. I hope our friends and family have a blast following along. Come see us in Coaling!
